1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
     
  • The issue is reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
     
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
     
  • For wholesale and bulk orders, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
     

Note: Perishable goods, custom orders, and certain import/export products may not be eligible for return unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or special-order products
     
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)
     
  • Perishable goods such as food, plants, or agricultural products
     
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or storage by the customer
     

3. Return Process

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide the following details:
     
  • Order number or invoice number
     
  • Description of the issue
     
  • Photos of the product and packaging (if damaged or incorrect)
     
  1. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.
     
  2. Ship the product back to our warehouse at the provided address.
     
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
     

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:

  • Approve or reject the refund based on the condition of the product.
     
  • Issue the refund within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or as store credit.
     

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product, or shipping error), we will cover all return shipping charges.

5. Replacement Policy

  • If you prefer, we can replace the defective or incorrect item instead of issuing a refund.
     
  • Replacements are processed once we receive and verify the returned product.
     
  • If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
     

6. International Orders

For international import/export customers:

  • Additional time may be required for processing due to customs clearance.
     
  • Customs duties and international shipping fees are non-refundable.
     

7. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your product is damaged during shipping:

  • Report the damage immediately upon delivery.
     
  • Provide photos of the packaging and product.
     
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
